Love is.. - Navi Mumbai Wedding Photographer

Love is...
Just what you need to start your day!

Here is a post featuring a couple portrait post after a really long time... As said they are fun and fun is an understatement. You have lot more excitement and crazy experiences before your weddings amongst all the hush and rush of the wedding preparations than on your wedding day.  Even if you are married or just planning to in near future, portrait sessions tries to translate the Warmth, Fun and Love that you both share. It's the most coolest way you can store all those memories in exquisite images that just remind you how awesome couple you are.

To be honest lets face it - When was the last time you both shared a romantic moment and wished that you could capture to be cherished and reminisced every single day?

To end this post a portrait from a recent couple portrait session in wintry mornings of Navi Mumbai. Yes, Navi Mumbai! And this portrait is undoubtedly my best photo created so far. Do leave a comment if this photo speaks to heart and made your day

Wodehouse Church Wedding

Nuptials in Wodehouse church, Colaba - Mumbai

Love the Arch' details, the fresco designs on the walls. I always been wanting to shoot a wedding in a Gothic church. It gives that rich feeling to the weddings. Usually I visit the churches atleast a week prior to wedding to check the lighting and rules and regulations of the church and when I entered this church, immediately I framed this image in my mind.

Film Journey

I had been on a rollercoaster ride so far. Always felt great to shoot so many weddings and edit them and yes designing albums too. It doesn’t take a lot of time but yes lot of creative juices for clicking a photograph, even more to edit photos and design albums.

Well, in the interim I have started my first independent project Film project. Yes, I am not escaping from posting all the oohhsome weddings I had shot. I am just taking some moments out for shooting each exposure in film from plethora of editing activities.

"Film is entirely different ball game" That's what I keep saying everyone but never braved a film camera. So here I am with all the experience and knowledge that have gathered so far about photography kick starting my film project.

I have an old Praktica MTL 50 gifted by a friend who doesn’t use it anymore and some films. The interesting thing is I have to do everything. Exposure Calc, Auto focus and yes film rewind. The baddest feature about this camera is that it shows two lights to tell me that the photo is dark or bright. So I have to understand with my sixth sense that how much bright it is or how much dark it is. I think this should be a good challenge for this project.

Wish me good luck and take care till next post.

Savio + Sophia Preshoot - Navi Mumbai Photographer

Nothing beats a fantastic location and cute couple for a preshoot. Savio and Sophia are the coolest and calmest and most patient subjects who woke up as early as 5 in the morning, travelled to the other side of Mumbai for their shoot. They were perfect match for this location and suited with their moods. Savio and Sophia, cant wait to shoot your wedding! Here are some interesting photos from the shoot.

P.S: incase you are amazed by the awesomeness of the location, just shoot an email right now at wizanil@gmail.com

Lakshmi + Dhiren - Navi Mumbai Photographer

Some might argue that weddings can't be simple and grand. And being a wedding photographer, I've seen a mix of traditions and cultures. Weddings either can be simple and sober or can be celebrated with pomp, rich with traditions and functions. Both don't go hand in hand.

Lakshmi and Dhiren chose to keep their wedding as simple as they could and wanted a relaxed and non traditional kind of wedding. They opted for a small get-together + Mehndi followed by court marriage and reception.
Both know each other and are in love since a very long time. I loved to see an interesting chemistry between them. They fight and romance like teenagers and more like best buddies.
Here are some of the sweet moments captured of the adorable couple.

Dancing in the Rain - Navi Mumbai Photographer

What happens when a photographer, a beautiful model and rains get together?A deadly combination for a rainy shoot.. Yea its deadly to take your camera and expensive gear out when its pouring cats and dogs!!. However, the picture is worth taking the risk, what do you all think?

Missing those Kiddo Days!! - Navi Mumbai Photographer

Rainy days are so awesome. All you feel to do is have some hot cup of tea and sit in the balcony and relax and slowly start become lazy :p. And with this I completely forgot about this cutie pie's portrait session that i photographed. I think this is the best way to preserve memories of your growing baby. Moreover, you have excellent photos that would last a decade, rather than just having mobile mugshots (which can be lost any given day).

You have numerous ways to use the photos clicked by a professional portrait photographer and one of them is to print them in A3 or A1 sizes (poster sizes). Or get it Canvas Mounted if you want try something new, replacing the traditional photo frame.

If you want similar interesting photos of your child. Book a family portrait session with me. contact me
